Twelve years ago, owner Jessica took over the salon with a simple vision—to create a welcoming space where people could enjoy beautiful hair, honest advice and exceptional service without feeling intimidated or having to spend a fortune.

With 18 years of hairdressing experience, Jess loves every part of the client journey—from the initial consultation through to the final reveal. Her passion is helping people feel confident, beautiful and like the very best version of themselves.
She believes every client deserves a warm welcome, honest advice and beautiful hair without having to spend a fortune. Creating a salon where everyone feels comfortable, valued and at home has always been at the heart of everything she does.

Lauren has been hairdressing for over 20 years and has been part of the Split Ends family for the past 7 years.

Anna's favourite part of hairdressing is meeting people and building lasting relationships with her clients. She especially loves cutting, blow waving and styling, and there's nothing more rewarding than seeing a client smile when they see their finished look.
